He specializes in cleaning up the books, implementing modern accounting systems and technology, securing financing, building cash flow projections and scenario models, and standing up HR and operational infrastructure. John handles the complexities of the back office so founders can stay focused on their vision — serving as a true strategic partner who ensures every financial decision and operational system supports where the business is going.
Andrew brings a decade of experience across audit, consulting, and corporate finance — working with clients and business owners to help them accomplish their goals. He has a deep curiosity for understanding how companies actually run and make a profit, and a talent for turning complex financial information into a clear story that owners can act on.
